Breast enhancement pumps are quite unique, if not somewhat intimidating contraptions which resemble breast feeding pumps - those midieval torture chambers that nursing moms are forced to attach to their breasts to produce milk. More stringent systems, like the Brava pump, are actually used for longer periods of time. If I recall, they need to be worn for several hours a day, but they are worn under your clothes, and should be able to go relatively undetected except for the nuisance that you know they are there.
